Dosa & Idli: Similar to a crepe, Dosa is an Indian pancake typically stuffed with a masala alloo (spiced potato and onion) filling. Idlis are soft, fluffy white, round discs made of rice and lentil batter. A savory and airy South Indian cake. Both served with a delicious coconut chutney!
